      Work with some amazing technicians and doctors, practice great medicine (though at a high cost)

      Cons

      bad benefits, health insurance very expensive, poor pay scale, corporate bureaucracy not good for employees

      Pros

      A lot of different job responsibilities, nothing was ever the same on a day to day basis. Your skills will be put to use.

      Cons

      Many cons to the job. The biggest one was job burn out. The managers would run you to the ground and then complain about everyone's job performance. Also we never got out on time because the managers said to let everyone in even if we were closing. Also low pay and not good benefits.

      Pros

      VCA Antech is a great company to work for. The benefits are very good especially if you have multiple pets and live near a VCA hospital. The industry is very interesting as well.

      Cons

      The training at VCA Antech is almost nonexistent. The territories you are responsible for are expansive. Very hard to see all of your accounts on a regular basis.
