      Flexible hours; great paid vacation; lots of new development, so good place to learn

      Pros

      Excellent vets, staff works very hard, great for clientele as they ensure you get top quality medicine for your pet.

      Cons

      Some of the hospitals are disorganized and can make working successfully inconsistent. Paper files are a huge pain to deal with, and if not everyone is on the same page, things can get out of order very quickly for staff. The pay really doesn't compensate for the amount of work and the amount of having to fix things that is required for the job. Don't plan on doing anything fun on the nights you close if you ever work reception– you could be there for 2+ hours later than you anticipated, just because clients are still there, or god forbid you can't find files for tomorrow/the drawer is off.

      Pros

      They employees care about the patients and try their best to satisfy the clients. The staff works very hard everyday to get through the hard labour they are out through

      Cons

      Management is a joke they don't know what's going on in their own hospital. Machines always broken ac never working properly. Animals suffering because of it.
