Your peers at this company can be your best friends and fully support you. It can be a fun place to work and you have a lot of equipment others don’t have.

Cons

The management may be the most toxic I’ve ever seen. The way you are treated is based on who you know. The supervisors are insanely unprofessional and completely unhelpful when it comes to resolving issues. Supervisors are more like a mean high school clique than leaders.
