      If you want overtime you can get it here. Don't expect any extra incentive for it.

      Cons

      Management takes away overtime incentive during the time of the year when most people are taking vacation to try to save some money? I guess when you're already severely understaff shooting yourself in the foot makes sense. A quick google search will tell you double booking patients is unethical. Don't tell your workforce to lie to patients about why we are late.
