none for me, my department (orthopedics) was very supportive all throughout my employment. Only left because I wanted to move into another specialty.

Terrible parking situation, dangerous area, rotating shifts, each unit is weirdly different, managers have too much control over scheduling, managers can randomly add additional roles and responsibilities. Experience with this organization is very manager dependent versus feeling fair across the board. Non critical areas are cramped and have poor equipment resources.
