Pros

VCU Health is huge and there's a place for everyone. They support professional growth and ongoing education to be a high level nurse.

Cons

Change can occur too rapidly and it is sometimes disorganized and frustrating. You are expected to do a lot for an hourly job. Some units are poorly managed and staffed and it is easy to get burned out. Other units are fantastic.
