Pros

The only reason VCU even gets two stars is because some of my coworkers are the most amazing people, and they have decent benefits if you are full/part time. Another pro is that I am looking for a new job

Cons

Literally everything else... - Awful pay for everything you are expected to do AND witness - Management is HORRIBLE. They just merged the department and everything is unorganized, inefficient, and management doesn't care who their decisions effect. - They will act like they care and listen to everyone's concerns and then not do anything to fix the problem. - They'll have ONE person scheduled for the weekend and think it's okay, funny how none of the supervisors work weekends. - Zero work-life balance, high stress environment - Zero communication among leadership; one supervisor will tell you no but then the next will tell you yes, it's a constant back and forth.
