Cons
Strategy is not focused enough. Trying to do too many things at once. Disconnects between what different leaders see as strategy/what is important, sending people in different directions and creating confusion or misalignment. Some long term leaders are not in touch with how to effectively engage and manage at their level and can be unprofessional in behavior and actions.
