      Pros

      The insurance is good and the comps allows you to move around without the company easily. I also like the fact that I am allowed to make my time up when needed and I make my own schedule.

      Cons

      The parking is the worst you have to pay to park even if you work there. They offer a bus to bring you to the campus if you get stuck with a parking lot far away from VCU. The pay is not great I feel as though they are stuck in the early 2000’s when it comes to salaries. I left the company for 3 years and return to make the same amount of money I was making when I started years ago.

      Helping my friends and neighbors get and stay healthy. Working with a diverse group of people who challenge me and Care for me and my family. Lifelong learning.

      Cons

      Parking is challenging. Downtown Urban environment has challenges, but it’s nothing to frustrating.
