Pros

Decent pay for my role as I started out at 15 an hour while I was in nursing school. If not innnursing school you make less depending on your experience.

Cons

I'm a man and tend to have a strong personality. It wasn't a good fit with all the women their. I was even told to be less masculine once

Pros

benefits, flexibility in the schedule, chance to advance and have a career, chance to learn and study.

Cons

Confusing policies, recently lack of a real standard training, new software still in progress of updating, lack of communication to all levels. Each unit function accordingly to the ability of the manager instead of relying on the hospital protocols. Too much left to the individual initiative and responsibility. A big Hospital like this needs reasonable and clear rules.
