      Pros

      Great place to work-believes in Work Life / Family Life equally important. Very supportive and encouraging for further education.

      Cons

      Parking in the area was available, but seemed to always have issues (spaces too small). This was handled by other companies and not by VCU Health.

      Pros

      The insurance is good and the comps allows you to move around without the company easily. I also like the fact that I am allowed to make my time up when needed and I make my own schedule.

      Cons

      The parking is the worst you have to pay to park even if you work there. They offer a bus to bring you to the campus if you get stuck with a parking lot far away from VCU. The pay is not great I feel as though they are stuck in the early 2000’s when it comes to salaries. I left the company for 3 years and return to make the same amount of money I was making when I started years ago.
