      company works to build employees up, positive environment Lots of diversity of dx and pt populations, my fav place so far!

      Cons

      mandatory flu shot, even to employees who have exemptions from a VCU doctor! too much beurocracy in the middle of the city so traffic is baad, pay for parking 90$ month if you want it near the hospital
