      - Poor hospital administration and administrators - creates poor staff moral and a toxic work environment - Poorly organized - Hires unqualified applicants just to fill positions - dangerous practice for patients and staff - Worst parking situation ever - employees pay $1,200.00 per year to park and are not even guaranteed to park where they pay for - Safety and Security issues for staff and patients - poorly compensated compared to other area hospitals
