Workforce diversity. Good tuition assistance program.

Cons

Awful low salaries. no support, and extreme workloads. incompetent executives. politics are at the center of every decision. awful location. yo pay for parking and the walk a mile to get to your office.

Great Benefits, easily accessible, lots of room to transfer, pays for school and schedules are easily made to fit you're life

Cons

Management is difficult, pay is never what you're worth, you must pay for parking, and benefits are exclusive to VCUHS in order to be "great"

Pros

You can do some actual good for patients. Great, unusual cases that you will never run into anywhere else. Extremely complex charts. Doctors who live up to the high standard of care, and care while doing it.

Cons

They respond to outside forces with glacial speed. Unfortunately, that's not the speed at which modern American healthcare works. Far too hierarchical and too many silos.
