Pros

Great value to community, collegial environment, excellent benefits, generous HR policies, satisfaction that your work contributes to the greater good of the area.

Cons

Outside of patient care, administrative practices are outdated and unnecessarily redundant, employees are not given enough autonomy or authority over responsibilities unless in senior management.

I would say the benefits and some of the workers are good people. Pays for school. Location.

Cons

Raises are scant, No room for advancement, Tries to squeeze all your knowledge out of you for no pay. Multiple job duties with little or no recognition/pay. Way behind the private sector in pay.
