      Pros

      The opportunity to work here was great as it allowed me to build a solid foundation in the health field. This is a fast growing institution.

      Cons

      Because it is so large, the management may not be as familiar with each employee. I was not given the ability to grow upwards in the company.

      Pros

      Great experience. Good people. Intelligent and personable doctors. THe doctors are very easy to approach and take your concerns seriously (most of the time) Really a team atmosphere. Amazing benefits.

      Cons

      The parking is a definintely a con. The parking lots are very small and they make you pay monthly. I refuse to do this so I park several blocks away in a pay per day lot. It's only $2.50, but the maintanence on the lot is pretty much non existent, with pot holes and uneven pavment. YUCK!

      Pros

      The benefits are great and me fellow employees are wonderfull, but I think what I like the most is how much they care about serving our community!

      Cons

      In my particular position there really isn't room for growth. In order to move to another position I would need to go back to school. The company *will* pay for you to go to school, but it can be a bit of a struggle for that to actually happen.
