Never a dull workday, interesting clinical cases, qualifies for public service loan forgiveness

It was a decent place to work with some good people but a lot of preconception and bias existed, that really hurt the workforce. I thank God for a job but in order for any workplace to excel they have to take diversity and equity seriously. This is not the case, it is a good old boy/girl network and until that changes the organization as a whole will constantly suffer. ***Also after working there several years no formal promotion ladder was ever created so for many the perception of not what you know but who you know was really accurate. So many employee’s had known Ideal what they needed to do to progress .
