Pros

A lot of great, hardworking employees

Cons

Seemed to increase the focus on productivity and profits over patient care during the time I worked there

Pros

Local leadership is great and insurance is affordable.

Cons

Executive leadership lacks understanding. Ambulatory nurses are forced to use PTO for holiday closures. If there is ever an emergency closure (weather etc) that forces an ambulatory closure, they make you use PTO. Your PTO covers sick time and holidays so by the time that factors in, benefits are poor. You also payed for your own parking up until 2026.
