Pros

Great floor staff Educational Opportunities PAP program

Cons

Very top heavy and upper management has no medical background. Not able to review managers or unit. Portions of yearly evaluation are areas outside of your control. Policies and protocols not easily accessible and overly vague.

Cons

Vcu health does not pay well and their annual evaluation leaves little to no chance for a significant chance at a raise
