- My immediate boss is fantastic - Good healthcare coverage - the new children's tower is beautiful and great to work in - leadership that is clinical knows what they are asking of you.

Cons

- bloated with admin and everything is an act of god to make happen - immediate answer is always "no" and then you have to fight for it to be a "yes" -
