Pros

Lots of curricular activities in the workplace. Pto accrues every period. Lots of room for growth and advancement.

Cons

Major favoritism in the transportation/translation dept. Direct management is very cliquey. Work load is divided up according to popularity. Pay is minimal for the level of work.

Pros

Can make good money if you reach the elite levels. There is an employee gym.

Cons

If you don't bring in money you will be gone. Doesn't matter how you get the money, even if it means being dishonest with members. Employee ownership sounds great on the surface, but the board self elects members, all of who are paid exceptionally well, though that doesn't trickle down to front line employees. Basically, as an owner you have no say in how the company operates.

Pros

ESOP company. Great environment. Happy coworkers. Employees are seen as "family", often called associates NOT employees. Many fun events throughout the year for employees. Constantly growing and evolving company in the market.

Cons

Self-serving management. Management should be concerned about their employees growing and want to see them succeed. Internal employees were left in the dark about advancements/promotions and people would be hired from outside the company before allowing internal employees to advance or grow within the company. Room for advancement is given only by knowing the right people, or stepping on others to get there. Pay/Salaries did not reflect the work and skills a person provided.
