You can find some very hard working, honest people.

Cons

Not all management holds the same values. If you don't fit in the clique you are out. Lacks honesty and transparency. Anonymous surveys are not.

Everything! Work overload. Promise you'll get paid more then halt all internal raises. Safe yourself don't do it. Other employers are better.

Cons

Everything else. Low pay, high stress. Too much work for one person to do. Sweat shop call center. I had anxiety attacks from the work load.
