Pros
The mission of the organization is one of the main reasons I work here. I have been here over seven years and don't plan to leave soon. The people are another reason that this company is so great. I think the leadership genuinely cares for the employees. The compassion that the organization has for patients and families extend to the employees here.
Cons
I am not sure there are any downsides to working here. Hospice work is a "choice" people have to make. It is not for everyone. Of course there are always opportunities for a company to improve but I have to say the company seems open for improvement ideas and suggestions. The company has problem solving workgroups and employees are invited to serve on those committees.
