I have worked at HPCCR for the past 8 years and have really enjoyed my time with the organization. They truly understand the work-life balance and make it possible. They support you and keep your workload manageable. One of my favorite things about working for the organization! Benefits are also great and get better the longer you're with the organization which shows they appreciate their employees and longevity. HPCCR always does the right thing no matter the inconvenience. This means a lot to the patients, families and staff. You know they will have your back because they stand up for their values and doing the right thing.

Cons

Communication between leadership and staff could be better.
