Pros

I’ve worked here for over two years and honestly enjoy coming to work. The onboarding was structured and helpful, and my manager always checks in to see how I’m doing. Benefits like health coverage, paid time off, and training are competitive. Everyone I’ve met is willing to help and share knowledge, which makes learning new technologies fun and easy. Strongly recommend if you value a positive and supportive workplace.

VIATechnik is a place where smart, motivated people can make a real impact. The company operates in a growing and relevant space, and the work feels meaningful. There is strong exposure to interesting projects, opportunities to learn, and the ability to contribute in meaningful ways. The team is collaborative, leadership is engaged, and there is a genuine focus on solving problems and moving the business forward.

Cons

As a smaller but growing company, VIATechnik does not always have the same level of structure, resources, or established systems that you might find at a much larger organization. That can mean wearing multiple hats, adapting quickly, and sometimes building things in real time rather than stepping into a fully mature environment. For some people, that can be a challenge, but for others, it is part of the opportunity.

Viatechnik Manila strikes the right balance between professionalism and friendliness. The culture encourages collaboration across teams and departments, and we have regular social events that help people connect beyond projects. Flexibility in RTO makes it easy to manage personal commitments. I’m proud of the work done...it is impactful and aligned with future trends.

Sometimes need to work to align to US hours.
