Pros

Working at Viatechnik Manila office has been a career step up for me. From day one, the team welcomed me and made it easy to get up to speed. Management values open communication and listens to employee feedback — we really see our ideas being implemented. The performance reviews are fair and focused on development, not just evaluation. The hybrid schedule and wellness also make work–life balance feel real. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to grow technically and professionally.

Cons

They are quite strict with hybrid policy.

Pros

The management team demonstrates a clear, forward thinking vision and promotes a culture of learning and growth. The leadership makes everyone feel important and respected. Everyone from the top down is very approachable and friendly. Viatechnik has great benefits! The remote work structure is great, with plenty Virtual "Water Cooler". Moments. All members of the team are great to work with.

In my 90 first days, I haven't had any issues.

You are encouraged to bring ideas forward, lead initiatives, and shape how things are done. The projects are exciting and high profile, from high rise towers to data centers, hospitals, and large infrastructure work. The teams in the United States and internationally are talented, supportive, and committed to delivering great work. Collaboration is strong and people are generous with their knowledge. The flexibility and remote friendly culture make it easy to produce your best work. There is a lot of trust placed in employees to manage their time, responsibilities, and career paths. Leadership is approachable, open to feedback, and consistently focused on growth and improvement. Anyone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, or sharing knowledge will feel valued here.

Cons

I cannot think of any. The pace is fast, and the company is always evolving, but this creates meaningful opportunities and continuous improvement.
