Pros

You have some really sharp and hard working teams at the company.

Cons

Leadership has built the company on over promising their customers and forcing their teams to figure it out try and deliver on those promises. VIATechnik put you in positions to fail with lack of resources and support in your day to day role. Expect to be a salaried employee working 9-12 hours a day including having to get online from 9pm-11pm every night to communicate with the teams in Manila that handle all the production. They do not value employees and treat everyone like they are expendable. They will never give you the raise you deserve or want. Being underpaid, being overworked, and underappreciated by management and leadership is the reason this company has so much turn over.

Great business overall with a nice environment

Pros

Great leadership and a good amount of effort is made to accommodate for remote work as well as making sure that employees have a good work life balance. The projects being worked on actually feel impressive and worth your time due to their scale and/or importance.

Cons

The way the licenses are distributed is through a sharing system, which is mostly fine, but can be a bit annoying if you can't get the license you need at the moment
