* Benefits, Paid time Off, Ability to work remotely for some positions, Decent pay ranges * Many employees have long tenures... but they are starting to leave with the new management team changes.

Cons

* High stress, Low employee morale, No loyalty to employees * New executive management team does not instill confidence nor seem to care about employee morale. * No transparency with employees... no trust * Continual staff reductions.

Network Test Market Contraction

Cons

The entire Network Test Market is contracting - this includes Viavi (JDSU), Spirent, and Ixia. Since generic hardware is fast enough, customers want pure software solutions. Unfortunately, custom hardware is how these companies made their money. Although there is some software to be written right now, these companies will have to merge and downsize to survive. The upper management is especially bad because they are cash rich but have no direction other than to keep contracting.

Cons

Upper management use and abuse employees. Messy organization with no structure. Underpaid for amount of work/hours. Rev Rec Director is two-faced, only nice when she needs something from you.
