Worked with vipkid for 5 years, they made some changes and rate of pay is lower. I had gotten very sick a few times and missed some classes resulting in termination of contract twice. I would still be teaching w/them if I hadnt had my contract terminated due to cancelations, their cancellation policy is very very strict and inflexible if you get sick or have an emergency. The kids are GREAT to work with and the pay is better than some crummy retail job! You feel like you're making a difference. If you're a creative person, this job is great because you can use your creativity to create props and rewards for the students. I loved this job, one of the best "regular" jobs i've had outside of making art & music.
