Pros

The company gives you a great tag, which helps when applying jobs at other companies.

Cons

The company is famous for screwing over its full-time employees. Their practice includes but not limited to 1) default on employee's stock options, 2) no visible space for employee promotion, 3) limited salary raise for major contributing employees (some only got 500-RMB raise per year???), 4) political strives on all levels of management, and 5) complicated sexual relationship among employees and their line managers.

Great company for on-line teaching jobs!

Pros

Flexible schedule - make your own! Curriculum is fun to teach. Lots of freedom as an independent contractor. Wonderful students!

Cons

They do not have a generous sick policy. If you want the yearly raise, you will generally have to teach while sick, at some point.

Work from home is good, others nothing good actually

Cons

What really matters is student, not enough sufficient student resource and the bad quality of student will directly lower my pay. From my sign-up in this company, in the first month, I only arranged 1 lesson, as even no student there!
