Hours are early mornings or weekends. You have to book out two weeks in advance and cancelling classes are frowned upon. Requires advance planning. Says you are paid for class but you also have to leave feedback which is confusing. Parents can rate you negatively and VIPKID will always take parents side. Decisions are made without clear communication to employees. Bookings go back and forth a lot. Not consistent pay.
