-I met and know many interested colleagues and friends here -I love the work environment here because it makes me relax and happy -I have become a better of myself

Cons

-I have to work very hard, otherwise I'll not catch up the steps of my company. -I have to keep learning new things and keep my mind updated everyday.

Pros

The company is making progress everyday and everyone wants to make it better. The most important thing is , when I think about my interview with this company in June, I still feel lucky for choosing it as my first work after graduating from university. It is a young company but grow up fast. I couldn't agree more about our mission: Inspire and empower every child for the future, it is a great job to change all Chinese kids' education mode and be a bridge between our kids and foreign teachers.

Cons

Lack of more communications between different departments since the company is large.

Pros

As you know, I can teach those kids just at my home. Even though I take this as my full time job, but I don't have to go to somewhere else, I can spend a lot of time with my family right now, truly love this job.

Cons

The problem for me is that I got to wake up early, this kind of difficult for me.
