Cons

Increase the variety of the breakfast and type of snack.

I have been working in the teacher recruitment team for more than 1 year. We know the requirements and standards for online teachers. But I can definitely tell that all the teachers are wonderful and amazing in VIPKID! I remember when I was an interviewer, I have interview one teacher from American, after he became our regular online teacher, one day he sent an email to me, he ask me if he can join the rural teaching program (This is a program that teachers can voluntarily to teach rural Chinese student from poor Provence online.) He told me he was an orphan and he wants to help the students to be brave and broaden their field of vision. That really impressed me and warmest my heart. VIPKID provide a warm and good working environment for staffs. I Love this company!

Would love to get 5 days working day. That would be great to us!

Great flexibility in hours, often great kids that you teach, incentives to make more money

Cons

Kids can also drive you absolutely nuts. Cancellation policy is ridiculously harsh.
