Pros

You get to work with excellent well behaved children that are almost always prepared for class. You get to work from home entirely. VIPKID has a very advanced website and application that take care of almost everything for you, so you only need to decided when you are free and show up to class. It is a very well organized system.

Cons

The classes are only 25 minutes long and sometimes you may want to spend more time with the student but can't because you have a class right after. Also if you are living in the west or as the Chinese refer to it the 'New World', you will probably have to wake up pretty early in the morning to fill your schedule.

Pros

The company’s business has a lot of value and their vision is to build a world-class education brand for K12. They really care about kids, they are experts in education and everyone has a passionate and professional attitude. They are very enthusiastic and proud of what they are doing. The workplace is really nice, snack and drinks are fully provided. They care about the staff and have lots of creative ideas for various occasions. They celebrate birthdays, hold team building activities such as hiking, baseball, and Karaoke, everyone has lots fun in the office.

Cons

The location of their new office is a bit far from the city center.

Professional Coworkers Great community great students internet platform works well Overall, an ideal company to work for from home. Great pay and there are lots of opportunities to learn more

Cons

The hiring process is lengthy and many people don't get the job. Don't be discouraged, you can reapply
