Pros

Flexible schedule, that’s about it. Be prepared to be overworked, under appreciated, and told to constantly do more and give more of yourself.

Cons

Hostile work environment, often told you’re not doing enough, constantly told there will be improvements but no movement by the company, and consistently seeing the worst of society without any support by administration.

Pros

The staff who do care, are wonderful contributors to the team. Working with patients and families. Nice building and break room

Cons

Team management is rude, horrible communication, causing staff to guess or feel alone in their job. Social workers are not respected, there is a definite hierarchy and it’s shown by management actions. HR is a joke, nobody knows what’s going on or who to ask when you Have a question, mocking behaviors, not supportive. 2018 still doing PAPER DOCUMENTATION

Pros

overall great environment, everyone is happy and gets along. there's a lot of office activities.

Cons

Everyone is some how related in that company. You need to be careful and gives you less room to grow. Your competition is always someone's relative. Not sure how so many family members work in the same team.
