      Helping those in need during difficult times.

      Cons

      Never paid commission for referrals received and closed. Only 2-3% raise per year and would never go up or change. Ever!

      Coworkers are knowledgeable and have your back

      Cons

      You are overworked and expected to do far more than time allows, always going overtime Communication is terrible. You are getting emails left and right that are not relevant at all and drowns out your inbox so you're unable to find the important things. Workflows are antiquated and redundant. You're filling the same exact thing out in at least 5 different places. Benefits are ATROCIOUS. 2k deductible for health insurance

      Only two years in, but so far so good

      Pros

      The caseload is very manageable. 11 to 15 patients per case manager. No on-call requirements. Strong after hours and weekend support staff.

      Cons

      Communication in this company could definitely be improved. And the Telecare system they use for after hours calls needs a lot of work.
