      * My Manager is extremely supportive * Everyone gets along * Employee Engagement Activities * The VITAS Employee Promise & Difference holds true!

      Cons

      PTO Allotment isn't very generous when considering Vacation, Sick and eight holidays offered.

      Pros

      Working with Pts and Families, Resolving Pt Emergencies(!Pain/ Sob/ Agitation/ Falls, ETC) Is rewarding and Fulfilling. I’m able to mark a Difference in Families life and Pts final Transition.

      Cons

      Sometimes Pouring out so much Care and Compassion causes Emotional Fatigue. Also keeping up with inflation salary wise has been difficult!
