      Pros

      This company offers opportunity for growth and the teams are great, most of the employees had been with the company for a very long time.

      Cons

      I have not found any reason not to like this company. The only room for improvement that I wish was implemented is to offer education other than degrees only, for employees, such as multiple certifications to acquire more skills. Vitas only pays for bachelor’s or master’s degrees.
