      Pros

      Pretty much organized. Management tries to care for the employees with various morale building events, awards, pizza lunches as long as costs can be kept to minimum. There is good team building and morale. Promotion within is always possible.

      Cons

      For profit. Below industry wages. Productivity demands. Sub-par on-call compensation and lots of on-call.

      Pros

      Nothing about the environment was positive.

      Cons

      Managed by fear and intimidation. Long hours, most days spent in tears. Upper management yells at several on the team. The corporate culture is disrespectful to eachother. Core values are non existent. No growth, no one wants ro stay. Pay is to low.
