My coworkers; the census has improved over the years, so we aren’t called off for low census like we were in the past; benefits and retention bonus for new hires. New staff has been staying on longer. I also appreciate filling out paperwork rather than using EMR, which in my opinion would add stress to already stressful situations. This alone allows me to focus more on the patient/ family and less on documentation. The things that are electronic are user friendly.
