      Pros

      They are flexible with schedule as far as if I have a Drs appointment I can go to appointment then go back to work doing patient visits, I really like my team manager and team members, doctors are awesome

      Cons

      PAPER CHARTING, not very organised, Changes are made from the headquarters and it doesn't alway make sense for the field nurse, non-working apps on the phone, redundant work, there isn't a comprehensibe way to look up patient information, not enough staff, stretching your staff to cover multple areas in a day, having to scan your paper chart after visit
