      Pros

      Interview process was thorough but fair. Was not difficult and there was time allowed to answer questions for the hiring manager.

      Cons

      They don't listen to their nurses who are the backbone of the entire company. So many issues that they are unaware of internally. Not a place to be if you want stability as they will pull the carpet out from underneath you and lay you off so there's no telling how long your position will exist there if you recently have been hired.
