      Disappointing. Benefits taken away or decreasing. Raise freezes. Hard to obtain benefits that should be available.

      Pros

      Some managers care. Nationwide company. Able to transfer to other locations due to this. They do pay field staff for mileage.

      Cons

      Frustration felt by employees. Management told about frustration still waiting for positive results years later. Workload increasing. No computerized system for most of field staff. Too much time needed to fill out paperwork, which exceeds number of hours that should be worked. Rarely and only in extreme circumstances is overtime approved. This was a much better company when it was nonprofit.

      Pros

      Work with some good people who care about the patients, patients come first no matter what.

      Cons

      Poor management structure, too much back stabbing, Managers do not care and do not listen, close door policy, unprofessional atmosphere, health benefits are the worse, for a health care company who is national, its an embarrassment regarding health care benefits, do you really care for your employees?

      Pros

      Working with some Good people if your are liked and are willing to work. I really enjoy working with patients/families in a difficult time in there lives and guiding them thru the end of life process.

      Cons

      Poor mgt.. Lack of strong leadership. No advocate for the field staff, that do the day to day work. A lot a paperwork
