Lack of management and support from management. Disorganized and understaffed. Management lets HR act in an unprofessional manner which results in low morale for everyone in the office and out in the field. Say they “love to promote from within” but actions speak otherwise. Management is aware how people are not doing their jobs but continue to let them stay in their position.
