      Pros

      Vitas was an amazing place to work. They actually cared about how many patients they put on each nurse. I worked per diem and set my hours and days. It was very flexible and I felt like this was a hospice that really cared about the patients as well. I'd still work there if I hadn't moved out of state.

      Cons

      As a per diem RN, I can't think of any.
