      Pros

      Excellent coworkers, assisting patients and families is very rewarding

      Cons

      extremely poor training, unachievable metrics, antiquated equipment (nine applications needed to perform duties), enormous turnover (always understaffed), incompetent supervision, not allowed to use PTO when needed (requests for time off are more often denied than approved), employees are not treated with respect, potential is not recognized, compensation is very low for the work

      Pros

      Good PTO, usually get the time off first come first serve not by seniority. Rewarding work at the patient care level. ICC program for very ill patients where a nurse stays 24 hrs a day is wonderful.

      Cons

      Paperwork makes job consuming, lots of hours overtime not paid to keep up with required documentation.Seems to be a high turnover in management. A good manager who cares about their team members and gives them support can make the job much better. To many pharmacy changes recently has caused patient care issues. Hired being told had 3 given holidays and that was changed to required holiday coverage whether by volunteer or mandated.
