Leadership genuinely values and supports employees, creating a positive and encouraging work environment. The culture is one of teamwork, compassion, and respect. There are also plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement for those looking to build their careers.       - super autonomous role - helping families and patients - great benefits - amazing team (all depends on your program and county!)

      Cons

      - your location can be moved at any time - company is truly only out for the admission - read your employee handbook! (They will gaslight you) - will try to censor you and ask you to not speak with your coworkers about your working environment
