      Pros

      I enjoy working with our patients and their families. Families have stated they feel supported and that I have helped with the bereavement process. Also supporting my team and our facilities is important to me.

      Cons

      As our team territory’s grows I find the added expense of gas and car repair is mounting. I appreciate the increase in mileage reimbursement…. Sadly, I have just realized that for these 10 years I have always received the same yearly increase - 60 cents per hour.

      Pros

      I enjoy the organization of care for our patients. There is always 24 hours contact for our patients and services, Everyone is pleasant to work with questions arise. Help and Telecare are always quick wuth solutions.

      No issues for me. Good environment.

      Fast-paced environment can be challenging at times but support is always available. As with any growing company some processes are still evolving.
