      Pros

      It is nicer if you will consider the salary rate for those employees that deserve a higher compensation. Most of the employees do their best just to please the management & make Vitas the best. This company deserves to get good employees.

      Cons

      I just hope the staff will be more cautious & able to serve the family & patients the best so that we are always being recommended from the word of mouth.
