      Great Work, Poor work culture

      Excellent, rewarding work. Opportunity to really help and serve people.

      Cons

      Poor benefits package, poor attitudes from management to staff (i.e. passive aggressive, punitive, lack of compassion), isolating work culture with no sense of community as people are so afraid of making any mistakes and as one reviewer aptly described the ensuing "witch hunt".

      This place is toxic and such toxicity is promoted by the inexperienced upper management team. The Dade Program has as GMs 3 individuals with no leadership/management skills at all. The way they manage is by delegating everything... they sit in their offices all day, order food and eat there, attend meetings and go out to dine and wine at the company's expense. Salaries are a joke, ridiculously low... high only for GMs and VPO who promotes favoritism . Please stay away from this company for your own sanity !!!
